The idea for Lucerna was born after our founders Jared and Henry spent years at agencies and law firms watching the same story play out over and over. Firms would sign on with agencies, budgets would get spent, and the urgency that existed during the sales pitch would quietly disappear once the contract was signed. We built Lucerna to fix that. We cap our roster at a handful of firms so every client gets genuine attention rather than a rotation of account managers who barely know their name. We move fast, make adjustments daily, and treat every campaign with the same energy on day 300 as we did on day one. And because our team comes from both the agency world and the legal industry, we understand the nuances of marketing a law firm in a way that most generalist agencies never will.
